We are a small, focused team of strategists, marketers, designers and operators based in Dubai. We do not pitch ourselves as a traditional agency. We work as an extension of your team, sitting close to founders and decision makers, so the work moves faster and the results stay measurable.

Our work covers digital marketing, public relations, brand identity, content, SEO, paid media and project management. We also help founders set up and run businesses in Dubai through trade license guidance, structure planning and operational support.

Kreative Minds was founded by Khalid Hussain Mir, a Dubai based entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience in branding, digital strategy and business development across the Middle East and South Asia. The company grew out of a simple observation. Most agencies were selling activity, not outcomes. Founders were spending money on campaigns that looked good in a slide deck but did not move the business forward.

We built Kreative Minds to fix that gap. The model is built around three principles. Work close to the founder. Measure what matters. Keep the work honest, even when it is uncomfortable. That mindset has helped us retain clients for years, not months, and earn referrals across markets we never planned to enter.

Today the company supports clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the wider GCC, the United Kingdom, the United States and parts of South Asia. Noor Bano leads people and culture as Co-founder and Head of HR.

Brands take years to build, and shortcuts usually cost more later. We focus on the things that hold up over time: clear positioning, strong storytelling, honest copy, useful content, and disciplined execution.

We also believe small teams can outperform large ones when the strategy is sharp and the work is owned by people who actually care. That is the team we have built, and that is the work we deliver.

We work as the marketing and project management partner for Payxem, a digital invoicing and portfolio platform built for independent workers and creators across South Asia, the Gulf, and beyond. Our remit covers brand, content, marketing operations, and project management for the platform's tech tools across the Gulf and South Asia regions.

To be clear on scope: Kreative Minds is not a fintech, bank, or payment processor and does not hold, custody, or move funds. Payment processing on Payxem is managed by regulated third parties such as Stripe and PayPal. Our role is limited to marketing and project management of the platform's tech tools, content, and brand presence in our markets.
