What is an NDA?

An NDA stands for Non-Disclosure Agreement. It is a simple written promise between two parties that any private information shared during a working relationship will be kept confidential.

In plain words, it means: what you tell us stays with us. We do not share it, we do not sell it, we do not reuse it, and we do not feed it into anything that could end up exposed.

An NDA can be:

Why we sign NDAs with our clients

Trust is the foundation of every project we take on. We sign NDAs for three simple reasons.

To protect your business. Your roadmap, financials, customer lists and unreleased work are valuable. They belong to you. An NDA puts that in writing so there is no doubt about how we treat them.

To set clear rules. Verbal trust is fine between people, but business relationships are stronger with written terms. An NDA removes guesswork.

To remove fear from the conversation. When founders know their information is protected, they share more openly. Better conversations lead to better strategy and better results.

What we treat as confidential

When you work with us, anything that is not already public is treated as confidential by default. That includes:

If we are unsure, we treat it as confidential. We do not assume.

How we put it into practice

Signing an NDA is one thing. Living by it is another. Here is how we follow through.

Limited access. Only the team members directly working on your project see your information. Nothing is shared widely inside the company.

No client data in our marketing. We do not use your private information, your numbers, your unreleased work or your internal struggles as case studies, social posts, sales pitches or examples in proposals without your written approval. If we ever want to share something publicly, we ask first.

No AI training, no public tools. We do not feed your confidential information into public AI tools, third party platforms or anything that could expose it. We use private and secure environments for sensitive work.

Secure storage. Files are stored in protected, access-controlled systems. Login details are kept in password managers, never in plain text. Access is removed when a project ends.

Clean exits. When our engagement ends, we return or securely delete your confidential information on request. We do not keep what we do not need.

Team obligations. Every person on our team, full time or contract, is bound by the same confidentiality standards. The NDA you sign with Kreative Minds extends down to everyone who touches your work.

When we sign an NDA

We are happy to sign an NDA at any stage. Many clients ask for one before the first detailed conversation. Others sign one alongside the main service agreement. Both are normal.

If you have your own NDA template, send it to us for review. If you would prefer to use ours, we can share a draft for you to review with your legal team. Either way works.

We do not see an NDA as a hurdle. We see it as a healthy starting point.

When an NDA is not enough

An NDA is a legal tool. It protects you in writing. But the real protection comes from working with a team that genuinely respects privacy and follows through without being watched. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, with or without paperwork.

If you ever feel something has been handled incorrectly, tell us directly. We will fix it.

Ready to talk?

If you would like to discuss a project under NDA, just say so when you reach out. We will share a draft, review yours, or sign the version your legal team prefers. Whatever makes the conversation easier on your side.

Get in touch through the contact page, email [email protected], or call +971 50 365 6096.

Small note. This page describes how we work. It is not a legal contract on its own. The actual NDA is a separate signed document between Kreative Minds (KM Marketing and PR) and the client.

Have something private to discuss? Let's talk under NDA.

Send us a note. We'll share a draft, review yours, or sign your legal team's preferred version.
